Situated in Kaikoura, 1.3 km from Kaikoura Beach, Austin Heights - Kaikoura features a garden and views of the garden. The guest house features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The stay was amazing, so clean and new. It was much more than we were expecting and the owners were there after our agreed arrival time to help us with our cases. This is a rare find and we would highly recommend it .

This recently renovated guest house is located 13 km from Taieri Gorge Railway and 14 km from Forsyth Barr Stadium. The accommodation offers luggage storage space and a housekeeping service for guests. The hosts even left little busicuits for us. It was THE cleanest unit we have stayed. So amazing the most comfy bed.

The units come with carpeted floor and feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, and a shared bathroom with bidet and a hair dryer. At the homestay, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Heather's wonderful shared stay@10 Airbnb and I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with nothing but warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The Space: The accommodation was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of socialising with friends. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was cozy and inviting. The Host: Our host was exceptional! We love staying where we can interact with the host and have meaningful conversations about the world and life experiences. Heather was so accommodating in this area as we chatted about the concepts of the world and what our future holds. To this day, Heather still messages making sure that we are ok and dare I say, she has become one of our friends, thankful to this trip. Location: Nestled in a charming neighbourhood, the location was perfect for us to be able to visit friends and to local shops. It was a peaceful area and offered a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everything. Overall experience: I can't wait to return. I miss Heather already. I miss her home already. Everything you could want or need. Clear instructions as to how everything works, and Michelle and Jeff were always around if you needed anything. Otto was also there to welcome us. There is a beautiful cafe across the road, a pottery shop less than two minutes (walk) from the house and the Monte Cristo winery within walking distance.

The property features inner courtyard and quiet street views, and is 16 km from Trafalgar Park. Guests can make use of a garden. The neighborhood, the room, the facilities, ... everything is perfect! It is the first room we stay that looks like brand new, it is super clean.
