It was easy to find. A little bit out of the the main waterfront area. Parking in front of the studio. Friendly welcoming from host as we arived. Could see that this was a new establishment. All the basic kitchen appliances and cutlery was available. Everything was clean and neat.

We stayed here to go to Hobbiton. We could see the horses from the window, and it was a beautiful picture-postcard view. The room was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and utensils, as well as an espresso machine. The owner was kind. It's a very nice hotel with good access to both Hobbiton and the town.

Well what can I say it was amazing. From the first moment we arrived Andrea was so welcoming. She put the fire on for us, turned lights on if we where going to be home late. It was a home away from home. Highly recommend this place.

Such a lovely self-contained place to stay. The view from the verandah was gorgeous. Everything we needed was provided, including Gluten free bread which was fantastic (as I am coeliac). Comfortable bed, very clean and lots of space.

Very cute and cosy. Even though it was raining during our trip, all the soft and snuggly blankets, rugs and pillows made the space feel very welcoming. The bed was big and soft, and it was great waking up to the birds chirping in the morning. Having the lounge room separate from the bedroom was a pleasant change from a standard hotel room. Nice, big bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. Having breakfast included made for a stress free start to the morning
