This place is new and we had a great stay. Good location away from the noise, but only 7 minute walk to the centre. The road is a dirt road, but only a tiny section got muddy when it rained, so very easy to traverse. Also somewhat well lit. The staff were incredibly friendly and so lovely. They’d honestly do anything for you. We were running late for our ferry and they drove us themselves to the port. The room was really clean and the place is new. You also get a bug light in the room, which gives you peace of mind against mosquitoes. You’re also provided a kettle with coffee and some shampoo and body wash. The shower was on the colder side, but the pressure was amazing, best we’ve had so far. You are near local families, so expect some animal noises but it wasn’t too bothersome.

Our hosts went above and beyond, organizing a motorcycle and a boat tour, and even inviting us to a fiesta dinner. The beautiful rooms offer privacy, space, and are surrounded by charming animals, from roosters and chickens to many friendly dogs. It's a unique experience that adds to the charm of this cozy retreat. We stayed for 7 days and had barely seen everything Panglao and Bohol have to offer. We can absolutely recommend it! 10/10"

Situé à Looc, l’établissement Elvira's Homestay comprend une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un jardin, une terrasse et un bar. Elvira and Alex was so friendly. Nice people with amazing heart. The place is amazing. They even helped us to rent a scooter, by which we went to chocolate hills and Tarsier conservatory. Would definitely stay there if we visit again.
