We booked a room with a balcony and had 2 balconies in our room which was really great. The staff were very responsive and friendly. We asked for coffee in our room twice and once for some towels, and they were always accommodating. The hotel is in a really good location, only minutes on foot away from Krupowki street, and outside one can find plenty of taxis parked right adjacent to the property. Breakfast was also good

The room has everything I need, including a kettle, a set of dishes, a refrigerator, a hair dryer and even a balcony. The house itself is on a quiet street a short way off the ski jump park, a bus stop and a good grocery store also nearby, the center of Zakopane is about 15 minutes on foot. From now I will always try to stay in this house, it's proven quality.
