A wonderful experience on many levels. As a tourism worker, I must emphasize that several things truly amazed me. The facility is beautiful, unique and authentic, one could say fairytale-like. The room is large, as is the bed, which is also very comfortable. But the greatest value is the staff. Extremely helpful, they have an answer for every question. I personally found myself in the unusual situation of a canceled return flight, where they showed not only their sincere concern and empathy, but also their willingness to help to the utmost of their abilities. And I thank them for that from the bottom of my heart. I hope I will have the opportunity to return to Lisbon and this hotel, which I higly recommend

Excellent hotel located at Praça Luís de Camões, close to bars, restaurants, and all kinds of shops. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is absolutely spectacular—a must! The hotel is new, so all the rooms are in great condition. Surprisingly quiet despite being in such a central location.

Bica FLH Suites is located in the historical centre of Lisbon, within the famed Bica neighbourhood. The building which was an art gallery since the fifties, was refurbished in the beginning of 2017.

The room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and has a great shower. No complaints! The breakfast was delicious and had a nice range of food. The staff were really great and friendly and helped look after our luggage. Enjoyed our stay, wish we had stayed longer!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it exceeded our expectations. We had booked the suite so we had a lovely spacious room with our own bathroom. The shower was lovely and the bed was very comfy. There was even a black out blind! The breakfast was lovely, there was fresh coffee, juice, tea available and fresh pastries, bread, cheese, ham, fruit, cereal, yoghurts everything you needed for a sufficient continental breakfast. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, Hannah and Ruth were so helpful, even gave us a map and reccomendations of places to visit in the city. Location wise excellent. 15 min bus ride from the airport to Campo Pequeno and the place is just across from it. Bus stops and metro just outside the door so so easy to access the city. This part of the city is really chilled and there is plenty of lovely local restaurants to visit that are very reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay, for the price the B&B is brilliant. Thank you to all the staff.

Absolutely outstanding, friendly and always helpful staff. They really care about your wellbeing. Excellent breakfast too. Also, worth mentioning is the in-house masseur.

What an absolutely beautiful property this was. Each room was made to feel individual and unique. It was thought out and curated and I loved everything about this hotel. The room I had was small but had been advertised as such(it was perfect for my needs however) and I had been properly informed from the beginning. Communication was clear and abundant. Staff were hugely accommodating and friendly, the breakfast food and area exquisite and I would recommend this boutique hotel time and time again! I cannot fault it!
