Everything was just fine. Beds were very comfortable, we had a possibility to take a coffee and to have breakfast very early morning, which was very important, as day trips usually started at 7AM. The host was very nice all the time.

Everything was perfect: room was clean, position is great, breakfast was amazing, the owner/receptionist is very kind and helpful. The quality/price ratio is incredible: the guesthouse provide a room cleaning service, a cheap and great laundry service and the breakfast is fresh and healthy. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is very laid back and makes you feel at home. The rooms are clean, and have a small table and area to hang some clothes. The location in the Old Town is great. The guesthouse is located in a way that you have no noise from the street it is on.

very close to chiang mai night market, restaurant, laundry, temples, very close to chiang mai ancient city gate, the place we stayed is warm like a home, friendly, clean, different experiences are offered every day for breakfast, room cleaning service is provided, the rooms are comfortable, large, there is a large closet in the rooms to place our belongings, there is a refrigerator on the floors, there is a large spacious common area where we can drink tea and coffee, our host places fresh flowers every day, burns incense on the altar, very helpful, smiling, hospitable, offers endless help in every subject, made us feel at home, I will come and stay here again, thank you very much.
