I like the place. It was beautiful and comfortable. The room was quite big and cozy as well as the toilet. The toilet was clean and smells good. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. They were very helpful as well. Breakfast is always sumptuous. Two thumbs up for Benja369.

Loved everything about this place. The family that run this accommodation are so friendly and caring. They maintain this property to a very high standard and the service is super efficient. The home cooked breakfast was exceptional and if you required a home cooked dinner they could arrange this for you. They arranged a complimentary transfer to and from the bus station. Exceptional place and is now one of our favourites. So traditional.

Very convenient for a one night before or after crossing the border. Plus the host came to pick us up at the border and drop us off the next morning at the bus station. They are so kind and adorable! The room has everything you need and you even get a small breakfast in the morning.

The owner was really friendly and helpful. She has a heart of gold. She has tried her best to make our stay pleasant. I really liked her love and compassion for stray rabbits. The most amazing part is she just don’t pet the rabbits because she likes to, but she adopts this rabbits those are really sick and people throw away into roads. She has almost 40+ rabbits inside the hotel. She has made separate homes for these rabbits. Breakfast was limited items but again worth every penny. Food was excellent and cheap. Yes the only disadvantage is it’s a little bit far away from mainroad. but you can hire grab easily from the hotel. So transportation is not a problem. I would suggest everyone to stay there if you are traveling chiang rai especially if you love rabbits.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff. The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is great, offering several thai dishes, too. We appreciated a lot the bicycles offered for free to go to the city centre. This way we took advantage of a very quiet area, with easy access to the central part of the city.

Lovely stay. Owners very friendly and helpful. Beautiful property nice room. We enjoyed the free bikes and did the waterfall loop on the bikes worth while. Owners helped us get a taxi early morning when we could not get a grab. Coffee and banana pancakes good. We would stay again
