The property is 800 metres from Chiang Rai Saturday Night Walking Street. Chiang Rai Airport is 8 km away. We were staying for three days while visiting Chiang Rai. Our host was as super friendly and spoke perfect english (which is not that common here in Thailand). We got a lot of good and honest tips from him without them having an ulterior motive. Just for him we would probably come back as he also saved our day by getting us a short term transport to Chiang Mai. The breakfast options are few but everything that was there tasted good (Mostly fruit, toast and eggs). The rooms were clean, tidy and just what we expected. It’s also in walking distance to almost everything in the city center and therefore ideal for tourists. If we ever come back to Chiang Rai we would stay here again.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The owner was really friendly and helpful. She has a heart of gold. She has tried her best to make our stay pleasant. I really liked her love and compassion for stray rabbits. The most amazing part is she just don’t pet the rabbits because she likes to, but she adopts this rabbits those are really sick and people throw away into roads. She has almost 40+ rabbits inside the hotel. She has made separate homes for these rabbits. Breakfast was limited items but again worth every penny. Food was excellent and cheap. Yes the only disadvantage is it’s a little bit far away from mainroad. but you can hire grab easily from the hotel. So transportation is not a problem. I would suggest everyone to stay there if you are traveling chiang rai especially if you love rabbits.

There's a lot of things we liked so I'll list them: Owners have created a slice of paradise The food was excellent The atmosphere was outstanding There was a quiet sophistication about the homestay. The dog added to an already great experience. The beds were very comfy. Convenient location for supermarkets, the white temple, walking street etc. We honestly liked everything, I would highly recommend this place if you're seeking good food, relaxation, a friendly atmosphere and extremely welcoming hosts. Well done Mark and Kallaya, just brilliant!

The room (including the bed)was confortable and big and very clean good wi fi it was very nice the service was very kind too and things to cook and a nice balcony the only thing to make it even better would be a small biscuit to take with coffee but it was already nice to have free coffee and water.

Warin’s house is located in a small village in Wiang Kaen. It’s a cozy, quiet home built by the village, surrounded by nature, with a stunning view overlooking the Mekong River. We had a lovely night there—wish we could have stayed longer! Warin was incredibly kind and helped us arrange the slow boat to Luang Prabang, which made us feel so warm and welcomed. Highly recommended!
