She gave me a lot of information and tried to save me money where she could. She was very sweet and thoughtful! The room is just as pictured, very spacious, and the AC was definitely working well! The bed is the standard firm you expect in Thailand, but there was a nice cushion layer on top to take the edge off.

Location was great since it was easy to walk or ride a bike (hotel rents bicycles) to attractions of Ayutthaya. But still the best thing was personnel. I haven't met so friendly and helpful people anywhere. They made me to feel welcome and gave also very useful advice that made my stay in Ayutthaya even better. I highly recommend!
