Location is super easy and the ferry is super cheap. Great beaches and beautiful places to visit if you have a ride.

Nelly was so kind and welcoming, even sharing her birthday cake and celebration with us! Our room had STRONG air conditioning, and although we didn't have a fridge in our room, there was a big one right outside that was also strong...our drinks got colder in there than the supermarket's! The laundry service is also exceptional and the staff really went the extra mile. We had a wonderful stay.

The location was great, staff was kind, and the breakfast was heavenly! There were a lot of options to choose from (salads, eggs, cookies, fresh and dried fruits, bread, jam, honey, cereals, coffee, tea,...) and the view from the terrace was incredible! We even spotted some dolphins once...

This place with the staff of that adorable family that consists of Ahmet, Esin, and their respectful father Omer bey, has the best thing of any family business, the friendly warm adorable comfy cozy atmosphere and hospitality. I visited Istanbul 6 times so far, this so far was the best one ever, so close to the main touristic attractions like Hagia Sophia- Blue Mosque, Grand Bazar,,, etc , So close to the direct to airport bus, so close to the transports, yet, it has a quite peaceful corner that there is no noise around. I even lost all of my money (which had fallen out of my bag without noticing) and they found it and returned it back without a missing cent in 10 minutes . With that amazing AC which usually are not found in Istanbul I experienced a peaceful sleeping that I did not sleep like in last 2 years. This facility will be my destination for every coming journey for me to Istanbul. And TBH I prefer it over a 5 stars Sheraton.

The host was outstanding, providing exceptional help throughout our trip, and was truly the highlight of our visit. Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. You absolutely must eat at the on-site restaurant; it serves excellent, authentic traditional Turkish food. Highly recommended!
