Great location and so peaceful. Was used as a base for visiting The Grand Canynon which ws about an hour's drive away, The house was well appointed and had everything we needed for a party of four. Ryan was a great host who contacted us a couple of times to ensure all was well and responed quickly to the one question we had. I highly recvommend a stay at this proprty.

Great host, very friendly. Rooms were very clean and have obviously been refurbished relatively recently. The Route 66 “trinkets” are a really nice touch.

Williams is a nice little town. The property was comfortable and well positioned. We had a great feed over the road at the Wild West saloon. Lots of locals were there too.  we left too early to get the breakfast that was included unfortunately.

We had a great time at Cheerful Kathy’s! My favorite home stay I have ever done! SO clean, cozy, great location and wonderful hosts. It was safe and private with all amenities you could need and bonus - beautiful appliances and comfortable beds! I would highly recommend. And I will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you cheerful Kathy’s!
