Location is close to the airport and fairly central to get to various attractions on the island. There is a grocery store just around the corner and a number of restaurants are close by within walking distance.
The room itself was comfortable enough for my wife and I. If you are like most travellers to Maui you’re probably going to be out and about most of the time anyways. The room had a little mini fridge so you can keep your beverages cool.
The shared area had a microwave, toaster & coffee machine so you can make a little breakfast before heading out. They have a self serve laundry available for $5. Bathroom was clean and stocked with soap.
In terms of value if you’re on a budget and you don’t mind sharing a bathroom this is about 1/2 the price of a regular hotel or any Airbnb I found.
