Offering mountain views, Morning Star Vista near Yosemite - countryside with mountain views is an accommodation located in Mariposa, 47 km from Yosemite South Entrance and 50 km from Yosemite Arch Rock Entrance. The location was great as a base for visiting Yosemite, around 1 hour by car from the entrance of the park. Margaret and Charlie were exceptional hosts who made us feel right at home. Their warm welcome and helpful tips on what to see in Yosemite made our visit even more enjoyable. The room and bathroom were spotless, clean and spacious. The bed especially was super comfortable after a long day of hiking. Having traveled much around the world, this stay offered some of the best value and hospitality we’ve ever experienced. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to the Yosemite area!

Boasting a Nintendo Wii, the homestay has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, a living room with a seating area and a dining area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a bath and a shower. The unit is air conditioned and is comprised of a balcony with an outdoor dining area as well as a flat-screen TV with streaming services. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Here on an adventure from the UK, it's our first holiday in 20 years without children. Couldn't recommend more. Xx

The guesthouse is really charming, cozy, and thoughtfully put together with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Even arriving late in the evening, the place was easy to find, with clear directions. Inside, the space was spotless, warm, and beautifully decorated. It was peaceful, private, and just a wonderful retreat after a day of exploring.

Absolutely amazing place to stay if you wish to visit Yosemite. Cindy and Mark are so kind and everything you could want is here. Don't look further, book this place it's worth it!

Very beautiful and comfy place, the hosts are very nice!

Leo and Kim were so very kind and generous and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. It was my first visit to Yosemite and the information Leo provided me -- before I had arrived -- was extremely valuable.
