This property is magical and is run by the a group thoughtful and considerate people. First, the gardens are amazing. There are flowers blooming everywhere and small canals throughout the grounds. The food is exceptional. The rooms are comfortable with excellent wifi access. We managed to get in a couple of video calls with no issue. The staff was helpful with organizing activities. But mostly we organized our own plans and enjoyed wandering the small rural village.

Amazing experience. Human (owner) is super nice person, offers dinner with his family and many other activities. We biked together to the floating market and he was our guide (rent private boat for us, we had great breakfast on the boat, visited local noodle factory and many many more amazing places). So this was truly and spectacular experience!!!

What makes the place so exeptional, are actually the co-workers: Phi and Tina, who make everything so the guests feel comfortable and seen. I had a great time with Phi, who brought us to the floating market, which was so relaxed and easy going, I couldn't enjoy more. We had nice talks and laughs! Tina is such a sweetheart, always helpful and smilling, you can count on her anytime. Both, Phi and Tina speak good English, so there were no problems with communication. The owner of the place cooked for us on one evening amazing prawns and we got fresh fruits from the garden every day. Place itselft is basic, but it has everything you need. I love the hut and the cozy terrace with the river view.

My review was late because I was traveling. Bosa Homestay is a very comfortable place. Bosa is very friendly and makes people laugh. Phoenix makes breakfast and dinner delicious. Three dogs are a wonderful family. It was a great experience.

Amazing place, amazing owner, amazing staff. That's all what we can say. We felt at home, warmly welcomed. Food was amazing too. Tuan is a great host who will help you as much as he can and even beyond. Rooms are very clean and big. The swimming pool is so relaxing with the Jacuzzi included. Biking around is relaxing. Sunset tour is worth it (Relaxing boat tour) and the Early Floating Market tour is truly impressive thanks to TUAN especially when you go to the land market and Tuan buys all what you would like to eat it in the evening. The cabins along the river are so peaceful, food is great.The family and staff are really kind and helpful. We extended our stay to a week, we definitely recommend this place.

Miss Ha is such a lovely lady and an outstanding tourguide. When you go here, you don’t have to worry about anything anymore. She will arrange everything for you and a bit more! We were here for two nights and did two tours. She went with us on both tours. She is very knowledgeable and supports her community well, we are convinced that the money we spent on the tours goes to the villages and locals we visited. She is well loved amongst them.

Thanks to the family for sharing such lovely rooms with us. The house is new and beautiful, with an elevator. The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.
