Room was comfortable, clean and pretty, equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner (most welcomed after 5 days on the Ha Giang loop)! The bathroom was beautiful. Staff were so friendly and helpful, even helping me retrieve my phone after I left it in a taxi! I couldn’t recommend Pia Homestay more.

We stayed at this homestay twice and honestly, both times were great. The room was super comfy, very clean, and the self-check-in was smooth and just made sense, no hassle at all. The location is in a good area, and for the price (much cheaper than what we found on booking websites). Communication was super fast and easy through WhatsApp, which made everything so convenient. They also offer a bunch of handy services like laundry and transportation. We asked if they could arrange a limousine van for two people to Hanoi, with pickup from the homestay, and they organized everything quickly. We specifically wanted to pay in cash instead of booking online, and they made that possible without any issue. All in all, a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay. We'd definitely recommend!

La famille est adorable et bienveillante! La chambre est très confortable et les communs sont très propres avec une douche bien chaude! Nous avons loué un scooter pour 200K! Les environs sont magnifiques et vous vous trouvez à 5-10 minutes des grottes et de la cascade de Ban Gioc! Les repas sont juste délicieux!! Nous avons aussi pu faire une lessive à prix abordable! Merci pour votre accueil!

She was kind enough to make sure that there was a place for us to rest after we got there at 4:30 off a sleeper bus. Even though there was a language barrier she was also instructed us on exactly how to get to and from the Ban Gioc waterfall and helped us in many other ways. I cannot recommend enough.

We were able to rent a motorbike and extend our stay on short notice. We had some tea and sweets with the host and some other guests and had a lovely conversation. We were there in off season, so we even got a room upgrade! She recomended us a lot of sightseeing and local restaurants, everything she recomended was great. On the last Night she organised a sleeperbus a very smooth experience. We would definatly come again and recomend to any good friends and family.
