The place is very quiet with a beautiful garden and a view of the surrounding nature. The staff was very kind, and the receptionist Henry took exceptional care of us:) They offer scooter rental, laundry service (which was great!), and will help you organize trips around Cat Ba or book buses to following destinations.

The hostess is very helpfull. She will arranged everything you need according to your plans. And also book the bus when you have to leave( pick Up in the same Hostel) Rooms are clean, they also have a free billiard, and they rent motorbikes, they do Laundry, breakfast after 7:30 am. Also the bed was very comfortable.

The host helped us with everything - booking the transport to/from mainland Vietnam, booking a cruise, renting a scooter etc. They even sell cold water/beer/soft drinks for reasonable prices. The location is fine, it is about 15 minutes on a scooter and it is actually closer to the caves and peaks in the national park. The room had a balcony which came in handy.

You can walk everywhere from here! Restaurants, bars, the pier, it's all right there. So convenient for exploring. And yet, the room was quiet at night. Perfect.
