The windows are facing the sun but still, it was cool. Location is superb. You can reach all the main areas by walking. Perhaps 20-30 min walk from all main places in the centrum. Both of the administrators were very helpful and friendly. The juice / smoothie bar is a nice extra. After coming from training or from a walk, its nice to take a refreshing cold drink before relaxing. 10 points from me
