I really enjoyed my stay at 296 cetete Everything were very good but just be careful when you go down with stairs. Thank you B and Vie both of them are so nice！Vie helped me to booked a limousine seat from Da Lat to Mui Ne and make sure the bus pick me up at the coffee shop :) They have a coffee shop with very nice environment~unfortunately because I caught a cold with sore throat so I had no chance to try the coffee~ Anyway Thanks again both of them:)

Excellent accommodation, very close to the most buzzing areas of Da Lat. Spacious, clean and luxury room with a great bed. Downstairs is a fabulous coffee shop (coffee and smoothies are delicious) where many locals get their early morning coffee. Superfriendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!!

Great location although hidden ! June and Rocky were amazing and friendly hosts And breakfast was delicious !

At first, I was hesitant to book this place because it seemed quite far from the city center. But after reading so many good reviews, I decided to go for it — and honestly, it exceeded all my expectations. In the past 6 years of traveling and mostly staying at homestays, I’ve never met hosts as kind and thoughtful as this couple. Imagine this: when we were leaving for the airport and it started raining, they literally held umbrellas for each of us one by one, helped carry our luggage to the car, and waved us off at the gate. I honestly felt like I was staying at a 5-star hotel! They recommended lots of great places to eat, and prepared everything so thoughtfully — from umbrellas, raincoats, ironing board, indoor and outdoor slippers, to free drinking water, etc. The kitchen had all the utensils you’d need if you wanted to buy groceries and cook your own meals too. When I first saw the homestay photos, I thought it looked nice but nothing too special. But when we arrived, we were all blown away — it was absolutely beautiful! The vibe was cozy, dreamy, and relaxing. Honestly, you wouldn’t even need to go out — just staying in the room, reading a book felt like healing already. This was my second time in Da Lat. The first time I stayed in the city center and it was a bit of a nightmare — hard-to-find homestays, steep roads like roller coasters, and as a girl riding a motorbike, it felt unsafe. Not to mention, the car couldn’t get close to the place, so we had to walk a long way with our luggage. But this homestay was easy to find and even our 7-seater car could park right at the door. Perfect for anyone traveling with family. I’ll definitely come back to Da Lat again one day — and I know exactly where I’ll be staying!

Perfect location. Beautiful area. Very close to Xuan Huong Lake. The host is absolutely wonderful — very friendly, responsive and always ready to help and solve any issue. The room is comfortable and very clean.

We stayed at this place for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Everything was new and fresh and had a cute little cafe in the garden. The owners were so friendly and caring. We definitely recommend this place located in a calm and quiet area. Easy to take a Grab in to the city, a night market and other activities.

The complex is beautifully situated above the lake. The double room has a simply furnished bathroom. The hotel management is very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is very good.
