This was the best accommodation I had in Vietnam. The location is close enough to the main road, but still far away to enjoy the silence. Everything was really, really clean. They have a no shoes policy which I find it very helpful to maintain everything clean. I've also enjoyed the breakfast, the hosts, the facilities, everything. But what I like the most was actually our host, Tutu. Tutu is amazing. She will go above and beyond to make sure that you really enjoy your trip in Phong Nha. She is so friendly and welcome and kind. From the bottom of my heart I recommend this accommodation ❤️.

Owner is an absolute gem 💎 she is so helpful, caring and goes above and beyond to help you with everything! Brilliant service provided with collection from the bus stop, even at 5 a.m. Can advise and help you with booking tours to do in Phong Nha. Bike rental available for a low fee. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned everyday. We had a tasty family dinner one of the nights, which was a lovely way of meeting everyone.

The owner, Dat, is the sweetest and most helpful person, his family or the other staff there are also very friendly and nice. It was super convenient to walk around town and he helped us arrange a motorbike, laundry and bus to our next destination. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place!
