The owners are such kind people who made our stay so beautiful by welcoming us as if we were part of the family! They were taking care for everything we needed (you can wash your clothes for free), brought fruits and drinks, and even surprised us with an incredible dinner with lots of laughter and exchange using different languages in order to understand each other. It was more than special and I fully recommend. Thank you very much!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about getting around the area. Location is about a 7-10 min uphill walk from the main square. Loved my time at this hostel and would stay here again.

The owner and his mother were so nice and helpful. We felt totally welcome. We had the feeling that they had tried everything to fulfil our wishes. When we walked into town, Daniel even offered to pick us up. The location may not be central, but the rooms and also the outside area are nice and clean, the coffee for breakfast was delicious. The hospitality is priceless and at the same time you get more than enough for your money.

I really enjoyed the weeks I spent at the hostel. The hostel is very organized and clean, with air conditioning that keeps the atmosphere pleasant. It has the best view of the city with a giant rooftop. The volunteers are very nice and friendly, and the entire hostel staff is wonderful. I made many incredible friendships that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thanks :)

One of my fondest memories of gjirokaster. Upon checking in, the staff(thanks liliana) gave a very detailed explanation not only about the hostel's facilities, but also on popular spots, ticket prices, recommended restaurants etc. Breakfast was also nice, plus toilets and bathrooms are clean throughout the whole day. Last but not least, walking tour by Walter is the best, ever! Will miss this place and also the friendly people i met here.

The host is really nice, always ready to help you at any time and very friendly. Even if the road to go at the place is steep, the effort is worth it, you have one of the best views of the city. It's also a good place to meet other travelers.
