My favorite hostel during my trip to South America, no one else. There are many rules for check-in, but I like it this way. We make it clear in advance and follow it, so that everyone can maintain a good atmosphere in the youth hostel. The kitchen is large, with two sets of stoves, so everyone can cook without waiting for a long time. In Calafate in January, the sunset is very late, and the kitchen has great lighting. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The opening time is also suitable for the tours. The toilet and shower are very clean, the hot water for bathing is very large, and there is a hair dryer. It is not far from the bus station on foot, and it is convenient for public transportation. There is a small blue house at the intersection, which is a supermarket. It sells delicious beef and reasonable-priced Coke, hahaha.

With scenic views of Calafate´s mountains and lake, this hostel is a 7-minute walk from downtown Calafate. It features accommodation with floor heating, free Wi-Fi, communal kitchen and laundrette.

Communal spaces were super comfy, the view out of the window was incredible, staff super nice, friendly as accommodating. The whole vibe was great. Fireplace, Cordero Patagonico and cuddly dogs enhanced the experience.

Close enough to the main street, but not enough for noise to be any bother. Very quiet, in fact. A wonderful breakfast. It's not a really hopping place, so evenings are quiet.

Woow I was so surprised by hospitality of host. I booked last minute . Came after midnight. She was not sleeping and waiting me . And not with angry face but with smile and gave me room without nobody inside (even if I booked 4 beds dormitory) . Like this I didn’t disturbed sleeping people . Everything was net and tidy in the structure . I was able to use all kitchen Coffe/tea even after 00:00 when I checked in. In the morning lady made all possible to find taxi as I was heading to airport early morning .hospitality 5 stars ! Would come back again :)

Location. Literally in front of the bus station. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. Calm and quiet place. I would prefer to stay again. It's worth money with breakfast, too.

The location is very close to the bus station and there is a supermarket nearby. Walking to center is not that far. The place is clean and the kitchen functioned properly. The guy at the reception has good willing on helping you. He also taught me how to properly prepare Mate.
