United KingdomEverything. Lots of communal seating indoors and outside. Kitchen was big with all the pots/pans/utensils you will need. Fridge/freezers to store your food, a lot of tables for all to eat at. Dorm was comfy with lockers inside room. Showers/toilets upstairs separated for men and women, enough in the men’s. Good location near to the beach. Newcastle was quieter than most places but nice for a change after Sydney. The staff were very helpful and always happy to help. Free hire of bikes to use.

United KingdomThe hostel was one of the cleanest hostels I have stayed in in Australia. The staff are super friendly and nothing is too much of a hassle. Really comfy bedrooms and the kitchen and bathrooms were always clean
