I liked the room, it was good for 2 but got it for myself. The manager, Elchin (sp?) was really great and very helpful with all my queries. Breakfast on the adjacent cafe was great. Location is VERY central, there is a grocery and an Azercell office just outside the building. The marshrutka stop to Kiş is just outside the hostel, too. Overall, not much to complain about.

The hostel was clean. And good location Asim helped me too much.

Ilgar's is a great place to stay. It is close to the karavansary & the old city sites. Ilgar & his wife are really lovely people who go out of their way to welcome & help guests, we were immediately made to feel part of the family. Ilgar is incredibly knowledgeable & helpful & organised our registration. We had a fantastic experience here & would definitely recommend.
