Great location and very peaceful. More remote than the bigger restaurants so even on really busy days where boats are full Jambu is peaceful. Great hosts who were very kind and helpful.

Lovely and spacious hostel. I stayed in the private room / shared bathroom. Really nice priced. Was allowed to stay during the day after checkout to wait for my night bus. Very appreciated. Would def come back

It's a 150 y old family house recently renovated. Many fine details. New bed linen.The hostess speaks English and will provide any diet wishes for breakfast :-) the next street corner has military guards in the evening and an ice cream shop with many amazon flavors. One more street corner away has dining with amazonia flavors.

I was arriving late at night after check-in was closed. I contacted the hostel 2 days before to explain this. They sent a video showing my room and bed and provided me with an App that would allow me to access the hostel front door. Yuri and the team were warm and friendly and despite my lack of Portuguese were always happy to help. This would be my first choice if I was to stay in Belém again.
