JapanThe customer service was very friendly, hospitable, and flexible to our needs.
I was on a long trip and asked if I could use the laundry, and they accommodated me, although they said it was not a regular service.
The spa was great and this place even has a training room and swimming pool.
I have other favorite accommodations in Saas-Fee, but I would stay here again next time.

ThailandAn amazing experience in the centre of Grachen. Alex (the owner) and staff are so friendly and helpful. Wonderful rooms. Breakfast is amazing and there is tea and coffee available all day. Highly recommended.

The whole concept is great - hostel sleeping facilities, but very clean everywhere, breakfast was good, sport facilities (Swimming, Gym and Spa are great!), on top of this the location is absolutely incredible - easy to reach from the Bus Station and very close to the gondola station!
