I had a twenty hour layover at Zurich International Airport. I landed around nine pm and I stayed at this hostel for the night. It was an easy commute via train from the airport and the key was left for me to check in. The room was clean and spacious with lockers that you can leave your belongings in (bring your own lock.) Overall, I recommend this hostel!

It was my first stay in a hostel, and I was really pleasantly surprised. Everyone was really friendly. There was a common room with a clean kitchen available where you could make some tea and just chat with others. Of course, the main advantages were the location and the excellent price for a night there.

The location was great, right near the hostel there is a bus stop, and the bus goes directly from/to the main railway station. My main destination was Rheinfall Waterfall, and I traveled with only one bus there and back. Breakfast was amazing, with very fresh bread, and a great choice buffet.

The location is really central in Zurich. Since it is a hostel, I would have expected to have noise from other people and maybe some disconfort concerning the rooms. But it was actually very quiet during the night and the beds were really comfortable. They also let us store our bags after checkout and when we came back to get them we could access the bathrooms to have one last shower before following the trip.
