Reception is easy and with clear explanations. Everyone is very welcome and friendly. The room space is small but has a big and easy-to-use locker system inside to keep your belongings safe. Breakfast is great; it has a lot of fresh and healthy choices. I was pleasantly surprised and will come again in the future for sure :)

Wonderful welcoming staff. Incredible layout with common space that served every need from amply staffed kitchen, comfortable seating and eating areas. Wonderful kid resources (books, toys, computer). The location couldn't have been more lovely--right across the road to a beautiful path along the lake with a majestic view of the mountains. I have stayed in hostels for over 40 rears and this one ups the bar--best hostel ever
