The room is spacious and clean. It has everything you need. The water gets replenished and the room simply tidied up everyday. There's a kettle and paper cups in the room to make your own hot drinks or you can enjoy kungfu tea at the lobby. Ming was super helpful and nice. He has plenty of info, local advise and will provide a lot of support throughout the day even while you're out exploring.

We stayed there for 4 nights. The location was great, conveniently situated near everything we needed. Public transport, taxis and shopping centres were easily accessible, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

The hostess was really ambitious and made a big effort to make our stay as convenient as possible. Emer (the hostess) also helped us a lot with planning our trip to the national park, booking our tickets and gave us many recommendations. Also her recommendations for dinner were great! And one of our highlights was definitely the traditional chinese calligraphy course, which she and her boyfriend are offering for free. She has such a welcoming personality and made the stay really special for us :)

When I asked on the reseption for directions to a attractions, and she not only provided a detailed map, boot me a tickets but also shared some personal tips and called ahead to check the opening hours. This level of thoughtful service is rare and deeply appreciated. It felt less like a standard hotel transaction and more like being a guest in a caring home. The team's proactive and sincere care was the highlight of my trip. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning. Thank you for such a wonderful and heartwarming experience!
