Location was perfect. The hostel is very quiet, which is exactly what I was looking for. The receptionist was very friendly and overall, I had a great stay.

The property is located just around the corner from the main square so it’s easy to get to restaurants etc. It’s also not far to walk to the viewpoint ‘Mirador colina illuminada’ which has amazing views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The room was simple but clean and the bed was comfortable. Tea/coffee is provided at pretty much all times of day in the reception. The family that run the hostel were really lovely and made us feel very welcome. They went out of their way to organise a tour into Barbas Bremen nature reserve to see howler monkeys with a local guide at very short notice. Leandro in particular was a great host and we went out for a mountain bike tour with him of the surrounding countryside which was loads of fun. There is a nice little chill out space with hammocks in the middle of the hostel that came in handy. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent value for money, good location, great staff, nice room and very attentive team and staff. Wasn't expecting free parking to also be included, so that was a bonus.

Everyone who would like to stay in an unforgettable location hidden from the touristic spots, should spend a couple of nights there. You have the chanche to meet a lot of people in a chilled environment and the staff is great.

We had a very relaxed time at Casa Mochila. Patricia is very welcoming and caring, the beds are comfortable and the facilities are great.

Above and beyond my expectations. Animals like horses a baby pigs hanging out next to the playground that was so awesome for our 3 years old boy. The two pools and jacuzzi very modern and clean. The staff so awesome and helpful even the guard at night was great
