It's the best hostel I have ever stayed; cool design with thoughtful details. You pay for bed but get maximum comfortableness and privacy. Once you enter it, you feel relaxed in the cozy yard. Spacious bright room with bathroom, windows with good sound insulation, stable wood bunk bed with comfortable mattress, curtain and light belt for individual use.

Hostel Vertigo Vieux Port is located 5 minutes from the old port. Its central location means you can enjoy all that this beautiful city has to offer.

Loved the location. In the middle of the Old Port and close to le Panier, this is the ideal place to stay to explore Marseille. Very good communication with the host. Spotlessly clean when I got there. Best balcony in Marseille! The view!! All as in the pictures.

The hostel's proximity to a Lidl and a Kebab joint within a 2-minute walk, as well as an organic fruits and vegetable shop. The staff members were friendly.

Probably the best hostel I've been to, aesthetically speaking. The building is old and lovely, and the view from the rooms is exceptional! The location of the hostel is also nice, close to the metro and the city center (not extremely close, it takes a nice walk).
