This property is very basic modern Parisian accommodation with shared showers and toilets and such a wonderfully spacious terrace where You can have Your own drinks, read or write. I would definitely recommend this simple cool places for solo travelers who are passing Paris with a certain economic budget, for nice and not spoiled travelers is a perfect place. I loved my room, it was very basic but clean and with a young atmosphere around. Professional and friendly host which was exceptionally pleasant. Highly recommend for kind, cool, artistically minded travelers.

The bed was comfortable. Washrooms and shower was separate which made it easier. The sheets and blanket was clean. Check-in and checkout was quick. I would recommend it.
