One night, when I was going to the bathroom, I forgot to bring my key. The staff said there wouldn't be anyone on duty from three to six o'clock. I thought I was doomed to wait until six. When I went down to the lobby, I found the owner waiting on the sofa for emergencies. It was really heartwarming!

It was the best experience ever! Even if i came too early after airport they made me early check in. The staff helped with luggage also. The view & location was perfect. The design of hotel also super beautiful. The room at 4th floor was with good noise reduction. The shower also perfect. Matras, all details also good ones.

Cristian is the cutest! He was very kind to me and helped me a lot. Breakfast is delicious, my bedroom was really nice! It was a mixed bedroom, I was with 2 man and they were good roommies. The location is the best, close to 2 subway stations, which really helps us.

The staff are really helpful and friendly! They'll attend to you if you're experiencing an issue and follow up with you. Bathrooms were very clean which was huge. I had a bed in a 6-bedroom, and the layout of the room was really comfortable. You can hang out in the lobby/bar after check out no problem if you need to. Also, Belleville is a very cool neighborhood. Strongly recommend!
