Staff was very helpful. Being able to leave things in locker before check in and after check out was very convenient. It is close to metro stations from line 6 which take to straight to main things to see in the city. Beds are comfortable, with place to store things safely and a couple of useful shelves with power outlet to charge devices. Usable kitchen and common area.

This place has a lift! So rare in Europe! (At least the places I stayed in, including Airbnb) Simple breakfast - one croissant, one short baguette. You can get cereal, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice on your own. For Paris, this is a good value deal to me!

The staff are really helpful and friendly! They'll attend to you if you're experiencing an issue and follow up with you. Bathrooms were very clean which was huge. I had a bed in a 6-bedroom, and the layout of the room was really comfortable. You can hang out in the lobby/bar after check out no problem if you need to. Also, Belleville is a very cool neighborhood. Strongly recommend!

Clear rooms, very good sheets, bathroom inside the room, so you have to share only between roomies. Very friendly hospitality and the bar downstairs make it a wonderful experience.

The hotel is very charming and cozy. I think it’s the best place to stay with children. I’m usually not a fan of shared bathrooms, but in this hotel, they were always perfectly clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was also lovely. For the last night, we stayed in a suite, and it was excellent — I highly recommend that option as well.

The breakfast was very nice. The location is just a few steps from the metro 9 line and a few more steps to another line. I was able to easily get everywhere I wanted to in the city from the metro line. The bunk beds were spacious and very sturdy so they didn't not shake when someone rolled or moved in bed. They had privacy shields and were very comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean. This was my first European hostel so I don't have much to comprehend it to, but I was very impressed with the entire facilities. So different from SE Asian hostels. I needed to receive a package while there and the staff were very willing to help. When thr package didn't arrive in time, they informed me they have a website for returning lost items and will be able to ship it to me no problem.
