The hostel is ideally located close to the village centre and some nice hiking trails. It is a cosy place surrounded by nature and the rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Coniston.

The hostel is very centrally located in Grasmere and provides basic but clean accommodation. The room was small but warm and ample, whilst showers and kitchen facilities were all good. There are numerous lounge areas whilst staff were all very friendly. Car parking was provided free of charge.
