We had a really good stay at Ojala and that is why we decided to book another night coming back to Antigua. The space is beautiful and the receptionists and people working there are super nice. It is a really quiet hostel at night and people respect the rest of others, additionally the beds and bed sheets are really comfy.

Awesome views of the volcanoes. Amazing staff. Delicious authentic Guatemalan breakfast every morning served with a smile by the lovely brekkie ladies. The place was immaculately clean. Communal spaces were so relaxing and beautifully decorated.

Everything was great to be honest. Superb design and facilities, not only practical but beautiful. Staff over the top: one amazing girl at the reception took care and disinfected a wound I had a few times. The owner, whom I talked to, was very kind and polite. I could have stayed at my friend’s house this night but I really wanted to try this hostel, which I didn’t regret. All of the staff were very friendly and were able to assist with any questions. It is located in a quieter part of town but still easy to walk to the main attractions. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. I stayed in an all female dorm which was very comfortable with individual locker storage under the bed. The room had its own bathroom. Everything is well maintained and kept clean. The wifi was strong when I needed to do some work.

Is this the best hostel in Guatemala? I was so comfortable here, the staff are just delightful (Rodrigo and Jennifer) and the beds are private and comfortable, with privacy curtains. A delicious heathy breakfast, rooftop hangout area and a cafe on site, coworking space... it's just perfect!

I really liked this chilled hostel which feels more like a homestay with a dorm ! The staff are super nice specially Sandra. The place is well equipped to cook , I was able to prepare food super early for my journeys and the dorm is comfortable though big as each has its own cabin and it felt safe to leave bags out. The breakfast though vegetarian and not vegan friendly apart from fruit and oat is super nice !! I wish I had the occasion to share the free dinner but wasn't told there was one the day I arrived. It's out of the center but safe to walk even at night so all good!
