Amazing hostel, surely the best place to stay in Mumbai. Brand new with beautiful common area, and it gets all the important things right: comfortable beds with privacy curtains, good shower, enough bathrooms etc. But the best thing was the fantastic social vibe! A lovely welcome by the owner Priya and within minutes of arriving I met a bunch of great people. The balcony on the backside of the hostel is absolutely perfect for just hanging out and socialising during the warm Mumbai evenings.

The staff was very helpful even upon checking in at midnight they were helping setting up wifi upon checkin at 2am. The room is comfortable. What surprised me most is the breakfast as it had plenty of food to choose from including drinks like coffee the taste was excellent.

Locomo hostel is a very nice hostel close to a fruit market and very near Vile Parle train station which makes it easy to visit the city. The staff is extremely kind and always ready to help which makes this place special. The rooftop is such a plus. It's easy to socialize and there is breakfast and chai served every day. It is very difficult to find such Hostel in Mumbai. I felt welcomed from the first second I entered the doors, downstairs you have a reception and seating area with many plants. Super nice style of the decor. Upstairs are the rooms, I booked a female dorm with 8 beds and I loved it. Spacious Room, Beds with Curtains and everything you need. Highlight were as well the own Bathroom with 2 shower cabins, big and spotless clean!! Amenities like towels, mosquito plugs, little kitchen to use. All of the staff and as well the owner were so friendly and they make everything to have you feel good in their space. Thank you for the stay and vibes and the lovely chat on my last day. I can highly recommend this place for anyone and I am back for sure whenever I am in Mumbai.

Cool hostel with a nice vibe and really tasty breakfast. Was my first time in India as solo-female so wasn't sure what to expect, but this was a nice introduction. Good location too and sociable spaces. Bed was comfortable. There was also a female-only toilet/shower which was nice.
