I was tossing up for a long time about where to stay in Dharamshala and this is the perfect spot. Tucked away in a little pocket of Lower Dharamkot, all you hear are birds but at the same time it's only a 10 min walk to Upper Dharamkot or Bhagsu and 20 mins to McLeod Ganj which isn't quiet at all. The female dorm is clean with comfy beds, big lockers and 2 toilets for 8 people. The food is great - try the paneer butter masala - and the staff are happy to help with everything. The hostel organised group walks and every night a fire is lit. Many travellers had to move as the hostel was fully booked but still came back to socialise as the vibe was so nice.

We spent a few days at Thrillomania and were pleasantly surprised by the kindest of the staff. We spent some time with Rajesh who was so kind, he helped us with anything we needed help with and guided us with things to do in Dharamashala. The hostels in a great location, with a short walk into each 3 different areas of Dharamashala, which was great for us. Definitely would recommend this hostel if you’re coming to Dharamashala!

Hosteller Kareri is a beautiful place to stay. The village is peaceful and gorgeous. The property has great social spaces with incredible views. The food is fantastic. It's a great place to meet new people. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are brilliant, spacious and very clean. I will definitely stay again.

Calm and pleasant vibe with a mesmerising view and a good host and hospitality. Best hostel with the best food, best peaceful view and best host-Harshu bhai. Harshu bhai is a great host and I felt brotherhood vibes from the hospitality provided by him.

This is the perfect hostel to stay. I fully enjoyed my time there. Big thanks for management. They were not only friendly but also caring. As a solo girl traveler, I felt very safe and like at home. The common area is very comfy and cozy, we watched movies, played games and overall had a lot of fun. The food was very tasty, and you will have enough options. The room and bed were clean and pretty well designed. You can always meet new people and make some new friends. Good people and good travelers community are there.
