Ostello Bello is a fantastic hostel overall! I stayed in a private room with a double bed. It was spacious and comfortable, and I had fantastic views through the windows. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the place was relatively clean. It was easy to meet other travellers, there was a great vibe downstairs in the bar, which was always busy. The hostel has different events every night, and it's easy to ask about these and to get involved. I would suggest that you confirm with certainty, which room you book, because there was some confusion for me, which was quickly resolved on check in. I will be back :)

Great vibes, kind people, perfect places in the city. The hosts were really kind to me and understood my preferences. They ‘re really helpful and shared good tips including a map of the city where to go. The Duomo is just two minutes walking away from the hostel. I only stayed one night, it was perfect.

First time in hostel, after breakup traveling solo.. I found perfect one for my first solo travel. Room is spacious enough, everybody got their own locker. Hostel provided towels, soap, shower gel. Bed sheets are clean. Each bunk bed has its own light and charger.. Didnt use plenty of other facilities , and there are plenty, because I was out all day discoverjng Florence. I was placed in another building , not main one, and it was quiet. Had no trouble sleeping, bed and pillow was comfortable. I was in mixed dormutory and there was no problem using bathroom. I would reccomend. I guess each experience is different, but mine was positive.
