- flexibility and kindness of the staff - my plane arrived late and Sebastiano waited for me on-site to enable me to check-in - thanks Sebastiano! - big uncrowded dorm room and standard beds each with a night table and a table lamp + conveniently located sockets - balcony to sit on and watch the world go by in the street below - location!! close to everything - the main street with the major attractions & access to the sea and the promenade, the bus and train stations, shops, the main historic food markets, cafes for the morning breakfast ... - two bathrooms with toiletries provided - the place is a bit noisy till small hours because of the central location, which is understandable and which didn't bother me at all; anyway, the hostel provides earplugs for those who might find it difficult to fall asleep

Valentina was very helpful and super kind. She had many good advices where to go and which places aren't that touristy. The location was great and the dorm and the facilities were very clean. You had lot's of space to put your things. The building is very pretty, too. And they have a rooftop with a nice view where I could do yoga every morning. The common area was nice to hang out: Super nice restaurants, cafes, shops were nearby which was perfect. Also the airport bus is just 5 minutes walking distance.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. The staff is very helpful and nice. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioner works properly. The hostel is very clean and safe. It's a stone's throw from the main attractions. Offering still and sparkling water for free was the cherry on top for me. It's worth every penny.

I loved the shared space with couches etc. where you could meet other young people, I appreciate the age limit and the female-only room option. The bedroom was clean and well kept - I liked the bathroom a lot, it allowed enough privacy despite being shared. There were also all the extra things travellers would need which is great (shampoos, blow dryers…) The staff was very young and friendly too. I felt safe and welcomed there from the moment I stepped in. And the location of this hostel? Absolutely perfect!
