Everything about this place is amazing. It looks much better than pics on booking.com. Its managed soo well, and every small detail is well taken care of. Guys at reception are soo welcoming and friendly. I arrived late at night, and they made sure I could check in smoothly

The location is great, the staff is super helpful. They have great breakfasts, brunch options, their own Bacaro in the building, and the building itself is an ex monastery or something - so it breathes history and there are some very cool yards inside. The rooms are very clean and there's a vast selection of configurations and amenities. Also, there's a storage room where you can leave your luggage after a checkout if you have a later departure

Amazing location, we felt super safe as young travellers as there is great security and locks on everything. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The WiFi is included and good and the showers worked well. Private room was super spacious, very simple but had everything we needed. We got given clean sheets and towels and there was a small stand with a fridge kettle and coffee maker.

The place is very nice the house is a little bit old but very unique The guy is very polite and it was so useful! He gave me all the information To get to place (is difficult to arrive because maps doesn't work very well in venice) he came to pick me and helped me with the bags and to find a place to eat and what to visit there is also a microwave and a kitchen so if you want to cheap travel is perfect

Very clean, helpful staff. We accidentally pulled alarm rope in the toilet but thanks to a guy from the staff who came fast and helped to switch it off.
