I loved everything about the place! Nice location, as it's close to the train station, a convenience store, and a supermarket. There's also a small (and very affordable) ski resort nearby that is perfect for beginner skiers/snowboarders who want to do some practice runs before trying the pricier resorts in Niseko. The place was kept clean by the host (Ryo-san), who was simply great. He made the atmosphere so relaxed and welcoming for everyone that it didn't feel like I was among strangers. Wouldn't hesitate to book this place again if I'm ever back in the area.

Great accommodation, well situated being close to town and with free shuttles. Lovely staff and great restaurant on site. Staff were particularly helpful receiving our snowboard bag early and holding it for it to be shipped back to the UK. Would recommend!

It was clean and cozy. The staff was really nice and helpful. There’s a fridge, microwave to bring your own food. The common space was nice, a good place to hang out after a big day riding. The shuttles to the mountain work out really well and very handy. There’s all the convini walking distance. Was very lucky to have a great crew solo travelers as well and end up riding and having lots of fun

The property (As a solo traveller) is perfect, in comparison to nearby accommodation it is affordable, the staff are amazing and super friendly. The facilities for washing are a bit lacking but you can always use the resort facilities as a stop gap. Otherwise for the price and location of YOUTEI I would recommend it for anyway who would like to stay in Rusutsu for a longer period of time for a price that isn’t excessive.

Convenient location, 4 minutes walk from the slopes. Large kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove top, rice cooker. Wax room and tuning tools on site. Easy check in a check out procedure! Probably one of the best deals you'll get in niseko! The double rooms are much more comfy than the hostel bunks l!
