The staff can speak in fluent english and are so helpful. I could easily reach them with the 24 hrs reception. (The female staff is so sweet and recommended me a cafe with very good vibe which I enjoyed so much. She even helped to buy the border crossing bus which required local bank transfer.) The environment is just the same as the photo provided, very hygienic and tidy. (The girl cleaned the washing machine for me before I used, Thanks again🥹) Many nice restaurants and even bars are nearby. Although there was no free breakfast, coffee powder and tea bags provided for free. There is a well equipped and clean kitchen with fridge so I could prepared my own meals as well. Highly recommend to all cost saving tourists and backpackers!!!

I lived in ololo Freelander for 3 months as an exchange student. Being a guest of this hostel is like being part of Friends-like series life. There are so many spaces for leisure that you can always find a suitable activity and a "sparring partner". The working space allows you to work late into the night. The semi-professional kitchen can be used by every guest. There is always enough space in the dining room at any time. Constant care for the cleanliness of the common areas, immediate washing and drying of clothes - anytime you need, the ability of the staff to help in difficult situations easily saved me from despair. Regular workshops, organization of trips to nature or for entertainment. I would love to stay and be a part of the family again.

The Host Azema is simply amazing and will help you with anything that you need (locations where to find what, car and bike rental, booking a yurt via phone etc.) She has an amazing knowledge about the country and is always there for here guest to help. 👍👍👍 The hostel itself is clean, has a nice swimming pool, a hot shower and offers a good breakfast (300 soms p.p.). Perfect value for money. There's also a good and very cheap public transport connection to the city center. If you wish to get a taxi, Azema or her team will arrange that for you. We spent our first and last 2 night here. Perfect destination to arrive in Bishkek 👌

The owner of the place, Ms. Meryem, was so kind and so humane that I can’t even describe it. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everywhere. There were 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms, so you never had any difficulties with such things. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped

It was an amazing hostel!! We were travelling for 12 days and staying in different hotels and this one truly felt like home. It is very neat, the staff is super friendly and the hostel is just amazing overall. The staff was so sweet and helpful. For eg: our luggage was late by a day and the owner lent his clothes to my husband and also came with us and showed us around the nearest supermarkets and restaurants. They also helped us arrange a cab to nearby places. Overall amazing amazing place. We would stay here again when we come to kyrgyzstan❤️❤️
