The owner is so lovely - he allowed me to leave my big backpack at the hostel for 3 days while I hiked, and although I didn’t have a booking when I returned, he still let me shower and helped me with getting to the station. The hostel is clean, sociable, has a lovely gazebo in the garden and has great facilities.

Comfortable beds. Room, bathroom, toilet, common area, kitchen are clean. Location is too close to both center and public bus stations. Most important thing, staff speak english very well. And they are kindly and helpful. My foot ankle was twisted during trekking and I needed a doctor. I was worrying about comminication because of language. They came with me to translate between me and doctor. Thank you very much fot this help. I stayed 10 days, and I felt like I am home.

the owner speaks really good English and suggested to me a few places to go around Karakol and how to get there which was really appreciated. there's a lot of space to chill in the living room and they have a dedicated room for people to work on their computers. close to the major supermarkets and bus stops.
