Grandpa and Mom are doing such a good job running this place. It's super clean, comfortable, and they're all so genuinely sweet and kind. The Saturday walking tour guided by the boys is a great opportunity to socialize, learn and eat some delicious food at the market.

Wow even after reading reviews I wasn't expecting it to be this good. Clean rooms, shower and toilet in each room, everything looks new, personal locker, it feels like a good hotel except the are some extra people in the room, who were also nice. Staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful. Honestly could stay there long term if needed to.

Excellent value for money with very clean facilities and easy proximity to the virtues of the city and beach. Leslie, the cosmopolitan owner is exceptionally helpful and attuned to Western values and eccentricities!!! The day to day manager is similarly helpful and he keeps the hostel spotless. The owner is also embarking on a number of upgrades and improvements.
