New stylish high-end hotel (open since April 2025) with many rooms and a 24/7 reception. The rooms are very comfy, well equipped and offer you much space. They are highly cleaned and make you feel very welcome. The centre of Colombo is a 15-20 minutes TukTuk away, so the location is nice, too. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even organized a late night taxi to the airport for us. I highly recommend this place.

Ceylon Stayz is a very special place. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and in darkness walking up the steps I was doubting my choice. I'd been told to call a number and I'd be let in. I hate arriving so late but at 4 a.m I was greeted with the warmest smiling face. I apologised and was told ' Don't be sorry, it's not your fault what time the plane arrives'. Instantly I felt at home. I love the tall ceilings, the neutral colours. My room was perfect, the A.C was excellent and i had 2 wondefull full nights of sleep.. From first booking, Marsha the owner was so accomodating and extremely helpful. Days before you arrive you already feel like a guest. It was Marsha's father who let me in my first night. He is the Manager. In Ireland we have a saying, "The Apple doesn't fall too far from the Tree"! It certainly doesn't in this case. Marsha and her Father are peas in a pod. Two beautiful, kind, considerate and incredibly professional, hospitable hosts. Ceylon Stayz is 11 out of 10 for me. Well done to you both 👏 👍

The place was way better than any hostels I’ve stayed at. The dorms were clean, bathrooms were neat, there was a washing machine for laundry. The roof top area was good. I met Madhu at the front desk; she was so sweet.
