The facilities were amazing , clean , easy to use , alwayse available. The staff were superb, friendly , helpful and interactive. Made all guests feel comfortable and helped with navigation suggestions around the city. Helpers were very professional and kind. Very safe and will recommend to other persons

the staff at this hostel is amazing, and really make the difference. we booked last minute and when we arrived it turned out there was a over booking issue. The staff without even asking anything found an apartment for us, so when we arrived everything was already sorted. The apartment they found was incredible, great location, big, very comfortable, great internet. we were still able to use the facilities of the hostel and they did not ask us any extra money for the difference from the room we booked and the flat they found for us. Honestly TOP TOP SERVICE from the staff! I was so impressed of the way they handled the issue and I think the staff deserves all the praises. Best hostel with the best staff!

The best location right in the middle of the old town! Staff were super helpful and friendly! Each bed has curtains and power outlets, and the rooms are air conditioned. This is one of the cleanest hostels I have ever stayed at.

Location was excellent and landlady was super sweet and polite. She let me enter my room few hours before check-in time. Room was lovely and even had a little terrace. It was very clean and comfortable. Bakery, market and restaurants are just across the street.

This wasn't my first stay at freedom hostel, and it definitely won't be my last. Every time I'm impressed by the hospitality and atmosphere of this place. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The location is excellent. I recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming place to stay. Looking forward to my next visit!
