The floors were clean, and the design of the bathroom area is nice. I got into a mild motorcycle accident during my stay, and the hostel manager was very helpful in helping me tape up the wounds. The hostel manager also provided good food recommendations in the area. I also liked how the manager was receptive to suggestions for the hostel.

Really enjoy this place in Penang! The host is very friendly and give big help for customers. Place is clean, comfortable and convineint. If I go back to Penang, I will choose Aayu Chulia again !
