It's very spacious, clean, and the pods offered a lot of privacy. There's free washing machines and drying racks for laundry which is very helpful. The kitchen is very clean and appliances are new. It's a perfect stay really.

The common area is so beautiful and inviting. The owner is very friendly and tries everything to make you feel comfortable. Because my bus was delayed, I arrived after check-in time, but it wasn't a problem. The accommodation is located in a quiet street, but still close to everything like restaurants etc. They provide water and tea, and the kitchen is well equipped in case you want to cook... I shared a room with one other girl, and we had plenty of space for our stuff. The AC is running well!

The staff went above and beyond. There was constant support available via whatsapp and even going as far as to offer to assist in arranging our departure taxi. We were greeted with a hand written note and there was tea, coffee, Milo and bakery treats available in the kitchen for guests which was a lovely touch. The air-conditioning and WiFi were great and I really appreciated the water filter with hot and cold options. Location is excellent, right in the heart of busy George Town, yet it was quiet and serene inside.

Rooms very clean and modern, entire property has been renovated recently I would think and to a high standard. It has shared bathrooms but honestly there are so many that it feels like you have a private bathroom. Cleaned daily (toilets and common areas). Aircon is new and very strong, never need to worry about being too hot. The location is perfectly situated, buses run right outside if you need to reach any activities (Penang Hill or Park) and there are many restaurants/bars within a 3 minute walk. The guys working here were super nice, always on WhatsApp with updates, recommendations, etc. It was such a good location that we extended and additional 3 days.

The bed was comfortable and the room didn't feel stuffy (even though it didn't have a window). The staff was helpful (they helped us prolong the stay for one night, giving suggestions of available activities in the area). There was a water station in the kitchen, there was always toilet paper & soap in the shared bathrooms. There are enough bathrooms & toilets so we never had to wait our turn. WiFi was good. The location is right in the center.
