Literally 10 steps away from the Vondelpark! Tram station is very close. There is a airport shuttle just 3 minutes walk. Also the market called SPAR is 3 minutes and you can find cheap eats there. The room we stay is very big. The facility itself is well thoughted. Also kudos to the effort on sustainability!! I will come back absolutely!

The best hostel in the world award goes to the one and only Flying Pig Uptown in Amsterdam. I’ve never seen or felt such an amazing energy from employees and people who arrive to stay here. It’s more than a hostel. It’s a retreat where sun shines indoors 24/7 all year around. I’m beyond blessed to have experienced such beautiful warmth and so much love from so many people here. The level of empathy and compassion is so incredible here. I’m definitely putting these names, ALL of them here so the management can see and MUST reward them. These people are not just best at doing what they do, they’re magical. One of the biggest and happiest families I have seen. Even though I actually live in Amsterdam I felt like I was on a vacation somewhere in another dimension altogether. It’s not just my faith in humanity and our future that was restored here. I am deeply inspired by these amazing people and the friendships I have made here and seen throughout the week of staying here. Make sure this hostel serves as the best example to all others around the world. It’s not the level of entertainment and luxury that counts. It’s the love and the principles of St. Christopher that they follow to a letter. I’m really impressed above and beyond.

Check in process was smooth, very clean and cool vibe. Staying in the pod for the first time but it was cozy enough. The bar downstairs is amazing, the girls working are superb and same with short haired guy in the night.

Everything was wonderful starting with the location. The hostel is clean, tidy, smells nice and the beds are comfortable. The people who work there are very kind and always there if you need anything. I definitely recommend it, it's worth the price 10/10
