Everything at this hostel is perfect. It all makes sense. Breakfast is offered every morning and is of good quality and quantity. Fresh bread and pancakes are amazing. The staff is super helpful. Luggage is free of charge on the checkout day in a separate and designated locked room. Showers and toilets are shared and are spread on the floor. I always managed to find one available whenever needed. Earplugs are stocked at reception for a small fee. The staff is accommodating and welcoming. They explain to you all the whereabouts and plenty of activities in the hostel if you come with no plan. I cannot recommend this hostel enough. Wifi connection is solid. The cabinet under lock and key with your keypad and light + fan is available. The curtain is available with every bunk bed and is great for some privacy. The locker is big enough for a 40ltrs backpack. Plenty of hanging space in the room, AC, and window available. The locker does not need a keypad but 1eur to reuse during your stay. I felt very secure at the hostel because is granted only to key holders. A welcome drink ginginja upon arrival. The location is central only 5min away from the main metro station and bus hub. Check-in and check-out time are very reasonable.

The staff was super friendly and always willing to help! We could leave our luggage in the hostel until we had to leave for the airport which is always super useful. The location is really amazing! We could walk everywhere from the hostel! And the breakfast was delicious and super complete! I honestly recommend this place for your next stay in Lisbon ☺️☺️
